Focused on developing presentation skills and confidence, students work together to tackle real-world business challenges set by industry leaders. With support from professional coaches, students will collaborate and compete to deliver a winning pitch. This exciting, fast paced event develops core employability skills and the resilience to put them into action.
1 or 2 weeks | In Person | Europe and Asia
Get students out of the classroom and into the real world to build employability through experience. Our short study tours immerse students in the culture, history and business practices of another country, developing their professional and intercultural knowledge and awareness. Exploring themes of international employability and sustainability, students will participate in cultural workshops, company visits, and professional networking opportunities.
Our flagship global experience programme, SGE provides students with Carbon Literacy accreditation and opportunities to network with climate professionals across Europe.
Each programme is different, with activities based around each city’s efforts to localise and implement the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Whether that’s closing nutrient loops at Amsterdam’s CleanTech Playground, touring the home of the European Parliament, or visiting Bangkok’s coconut farming communities, we’re showing how sustainable development is really done, in the real world.
4 weeks | In Person | Europe and Asia
The ultimate international business challenge. Our industry experiences allow students to work in small teams on live business projects with companies in Vietnam or Spain. Guided by industry mentors, they’ll act as consultants to unpick their project brief, conduct research and work with colleagues to implement meaningful actions for their host company - all while experiencing a new and exciting way of life. This 4 week programme ensures students develop key personal skills and a global perspective, making them adept at working in thriving, multicultural environments.
6 to 12 weeks | In Person | Europe and Asia
This isn’t work experience, it’s life experience. Our gold standard, fully immersive internship programme delivers 6 to 12 weeks of high-impact employment in dynamic professional environments. We partner with 100’s of companies in cities like Madrid, Chengdu, Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok to offer students structure, guidance, growth and support as they navigate real business challenges in a whole new world.
Our online internships are an innovative, pragmatic and barrier-free alternative to in-person placements, setting students up for success in any remote workplace. By collaborating with international teams and managing real projects online across different time zones, students get a structured, high-impact experience that develops their key industry, digital and communication skills from anywhere in the world.
