Helping Aston University with interim support
Working with Aston University, we helped to plug some short-term staffing gaps to ensure they could continue providing their students with careers and placement coaching.
Throughout the Summer we offered placement student support, helping them by hosting mock interviews and interview preparation, followed by placement coaching and careers coaching through the Autumn.

In the last 6 months, they have supported the Careers and Placements team at Aston University during periods with high levels of activity with students. This consisted of holding 1:1 appointments with our UG and PG students.
The project was organised very well and they took time to understand our systems, way of working and how best to support our students. The coaches integrated into the team well, asked questions when needed and went out of their way to provide high-quality information, advice and guidance.
Overall we were extremely pleased with the outcome of the project as it allowed us to meet student demand and ultimately boost the student experience.”
