Gradcore is joining the Careerpass Network
Over the last decade Gradcore has evolved as a business in various phases, and in multiple ways. The golden thread running through that whole time has centred on better connecting graduate talent with the labour market, and bringing together universities, graduates and employers.
Our rebrand, launched at our Collide conference in Paris a year ago, built on that and reinforced our position as a social enterprise that helps thousands and thousands of journeys to begin. I’m today announcing the next stage on our own journey as we look to amplify the work we do, and enhance our offering to universities and employers by joining the Careerpass Network.
What is the Careerpass Network?
The Careerpass Network (CPN) is on a mission to build the workforce of tomorrow. It’s a group of businesses with shared values and a united goal to improve the early careers market and boost the employability of university students and all early career people.
Why is Gradcore joining?
After speaking with the CEO of CPN, Zac Williams, it was clear our vision and values were aligned and we could both see the benefit in us coming together to make more of an impact in the marketplace, and deliver more for our clients. The specialist knowledge, nuance and detailed understanding of graduate employment and employability we provide at Gradcore will help the Group complete the picture and deliver increased quality and capacity across the early talent market. The technical resources, skills and capability of the group will strengthen Gradcore’s offering and enable us to deliver more innovative solutions for our UK and global partners.
What will this mean for our existing clients?
There will be no change to how we operate as a business. I’ll still be Managing Director of Gradcore and the rest of my experienced team will stay the same. I’ll also join the board of the wider Group. As ever, we’re committed to working with you and continuing to build on all the great things we’ve already achieved together.
It’s been a challenging 12 months for everyone in all industries, but this move signals that both Gradcore and the wider Careerpass Network are in a really strong position to continue helping universities and employers, and ready to support thousands and thousands more journeys.
