Leadership in Lockdown is a series of short interviews we've carried out with leaders from the worlds of Higher Education and Early Talent.
We’ve created the Leadership in Lockdown interviews to take a look at how different people are approaching leadership under this period of lockdown and beyond.
Next up in our Leadership in Lockdown series, we speak with Professor Shirley Congdon, Vice-Chancellor at the University of Bradford.
Shirley shares her experience of her first day back on campus after the lockdown, the inequalities that COVID-19 has brought to the forefront and the new university strategy which centres on social mobility and inclusion.
She also talks about the agility the HE sector has demonstrated during the lockdown and how important it is for it to capitalise on the digital agenda.
