We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be supporting and responsible for variety of tasks related to marketing, communications, and branding initiatives.

This role comes at a pivotal time in Gradcore’s growth, and we are looking for someone who is eager to contribute to our success and make a significant impact.

Diving into the role

Planning Thought Leadership Content: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that continues to establish Gradcore as a thought leader in the industry. This includes identifying key higher education trends, conducting research, and producing insightful content that resonates with our target audiences.

Graphic Design: Design visually appealing and informative eBooks, sales collaterals and resources to showcase our products/services and industry expertise. As well as support the sales team in their efforts to drive revenue.

Press Releases: Draft and distribute press releases to announce company news, product launches, and other relevant updates to media outlets and stakeholders.

Brand Social Media Copy: Create engaging and on-brand copy for social media posts across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to foster a strong community and drive engagement.

Digital Ads Management: Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok) to promote Gradcore's products/services and increase brand visibility. This includes creating ad copy alongside the Content Marketer, selecting targeting parameters, monitoring campaign performance, and optimising ads for maximum effectiveness.

Support the coordination of B2B Events: On hand to provide assistance for our B2B events with universities and employers (both webinars and in-person). This will include organising the events calendar, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees when it comes to sign ups, communications and post-event surveys.

Support with Branding and Design: Assist with branding initiatives and design projects to ensure a cohesive and professional brand image across all touchpoints. Fulfil ad hoc graphic design requests for marketing purposes, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and high-quality deliverables.

About you

  • Graphic Design Skill: You’re proficient in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Adaptable: Gradcore is experiencing rapid growth and evolution, and we need someone who can adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment. The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and stay organised amidst shifting demands is essential.
  • Team Player: Collaboration is key to our success at Gradcore. We're looking for someone who is a team player, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Results-Driven: Ultimately, we're looking for someone who is results-driven and committed to achieving measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering results in previous marketing roles and a determination to drive success for Gradcore at this pivotal time.
  • Video Editing Knowledge: Proficiency in video editing software is beneficial (Premier Pro, Canva) to capture and edit video content for marketing purposes, including promotional case study videos, vox pops and customer testimonials is desirable.

We’re particularly keen to hear from people who have experience in the Higher Education/early talent space and know how to speak to our key target audiences of Universities, employers and students/graduates.
